Breakfast is so hard. It’s nearly the first thing I think about when I wake up, is that pretty soon, I’ve gotta get that mix down, somehow.

Lunch… well, to be honest, I’ve skipped it on many days. Mostly because I’m not hungry after all that coconut oil in the morning. Today was a weekend, so I had my ‘breakfast’ late anyway, and wasn’t at all hungry for the rest of the day.

Dinner was a piece of plain chicken, followed by a mix of the coconut oil and honey with a little water, which was surprisingly quite delicious. Dinner makes up the best part of the day!

I’m feeling quite fine, haven’t really had any real die off symptoms, my energy is still good… all in all, still going ok, but struggling with breakfast.
